CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
- FINAL DELIVERIES FOR 2024 – the last date for order dispatch will be Wednesday 18th December – this date will not guarantee delivery before Christmas
- Orders received after 18th December will be processed on the 2nd January 2025
- Orders can be collected from the store until 2pm Christmas Eve
- All orders received after the 2nd January, will be processed on Wednesday 8th January and every Wednesday until the store re opens on Tuesday 28th January 2024
POSTAGE & HANDLING
- Shopping cart over $150 – shipping is complimentary
- Shopping cart under $150 – $15.00 shipping fee
- ALL PARCELSÂ will require a signature on delivery (except for Parcel Lockers)
- There is NO EXPRESS service available for perfumery products as PERFUME CAN ONLY travel by Road/Rail due to it being deemed a dangerous/flammable product by Australia Post

- If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details you will be required to pay for re postage of $15
METHODS OF PAYMENT
- PAYPAL – VERIFIED ACCOUNTS ONLY – no guest checkouts – you are covered by Paypal buyer protection. Paypal Account Holder must match the details of the order.
- PAYPAL PAY LATER – Pay in 4 is a buy now, pay later offer that lets you split qualifying purchases of $30 to $1,500 into 4 interest-free payments.

PROCESSING YOUR DELIVERY
- Orders processed TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY (excludes Public Holidays)
- Once we have processed your order you will receive an email from us with tracking information via Australia Post
- It is strongly recommended to have an Australia Post account where your parcel tracking can be kept in one place
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
- Once you complete the checkout process your order is final – we do not accept cancellations for change of mind.
- You may change your order for a product of one of the same or greater value prior to shipping only
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
- We make great efforts to use sustainable, biodegradable or composable packaging to send your purchases.Â
- All our packaging can be reused or repurposed
- Whilst this adds significant cost to our business to make this choice we do so in consideration of the environment and eliminating single use plastic packaging
LOSS/DELAYS WITH AUSTRALIA POST
- Peony cannot be held responsible for any delays with Australia Post.
- Please contact us via the ‘Message Us’ form below if you believe your parcel to be lost and we will do everything possible to assist.
- Australia Post does not guarantee the delivery times for your parcel and will vary depending on your destination.
- WA customers are particularly affected by the restrictions of sending PERFUME – there is no express service available and your parcel will travel by Rail/Road – so you will need to allow up to 7 days+ for delivery
