RETURNS POLICY

  • Please choose your purchases carefully – Peony does not accept return of goods that are on sale or if you simply change your mind.
  • Return and Exchange of goods up to 14 days after purchase.
  • Peony does not offer refunds (unless by prior arrangement) – exchange or credit note are offered.
  • For goods purchased in store they need to be returned in the same condition as sold and with the original receipt (proof of purchase)
  • Online purchases need to be returned in the original shipping carton and reuse the satchel provided
  • IMPORTANT: we cannot accept any return of opened or used items – this especially applies to fragrance purchases.

GIFT EXCHANGE

  • Bonus Offers and gifts: Unless otherwise stated, bonus offers and samples are limited to one per customer and available while stocks last. If the purchased item is returned, the bonus/sample/gift must also be returned. All offers are subject to stock availability. Offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Gifts purchased for Christmas – as the store closes for most of January – gifts are able to be returned for exchange up until 14th  February
  • Gifts must be returned unopened and in their original gift wrapping, including the Peony bag.
  • Please ensure that the goods have been stored in a cool/dry place.
  • Your original receipt must be presented with the goods.

SHIPPING RETURNS

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
  • Once we receive your returned package, we will exchange your purchase for one of the same or greater value.
  • Please reuse the shipping box, packing materials and shipping satchel to return your goods securely.
  • If you wish to return product purchased online or in store via mail, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. We recommend you purchase postage insurance for high value items.
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • Postage of $15 will be charged to send your exchanged item
  • We do not refund delivery charges on returned items purchased via our online store.
