POSTAGE & HANDLING
- Shopping cart over $100 – shipping is complimentary
- Shopping cart under $100 – $15.00 shipping fee
- Australia Post service – full tracking on all parcels
- It is imperative that you choose a delivery address that is secure as Peony cannot be held responsible for lost or incorrectly addressed parcels
- Perfume can ONLY travel by Road due to it being deemed a dangerous/flammable product – so please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery
METHODS OF PAYMENT
- PAYPAL – VERIFIED ACCOUNTS ONLY – no guest checkouts – you are covered by Paypal buyer protection and the most secure method of payment. Paypal Account Holder must match the details of the order.
- PAYPAL PAY IN 4 – Pay in 4 is a buy now, pay later offer that lets you split qualifying purchases of $30 to $1,500 into 4 interest-free payments.
- AFTERPAY – Shop now, enjoy now. Pay later. 4 simple automated payments. Available online only. Afterpay is available for purchases between $100 and $2000
- BANK TRANSFER – into our Bank Account – banking details are provided with your confirmed order. Goods are held for 2 days – if payment is not received your order will be cancelled. Sale items must be paid for immediately – we cannot hold stock.
- PAY ON COLLECTION – during lockdown we have added this option to allow customers to order, collect from the store and pay with either cash or credit card. Goods are held for one week – if goods not collected the order will be cancelled.
- CREDIT CARD only payments are NO LONGER accepted, due to the increased incidence of attempted online fraud.

- DURING LOCKDOWN this service is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 1pm and 3pm.
PROCESSING YOUR DELIVERY
- Once we have processed your order you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
- SHIPPING DURING LOCKDOWN – Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- We take pride in packing our deliveries to you in recyclable, compostable or biodegradable materials where possible.
GIFT EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY
- Please choose your purchases carefully – Peony does not accept return of goods that are on sale or if you simply change your mind.
- Gifts purchased for Christmas – as the store closes for most of January – gifts are able to be returned for exchange up until mid February – gifts must be returned unopened and in their original gift wrapping, including the Peony bag. Please ensure that the goods have been stored in a cool/dry place. Your original receipt must be presented with the goods.
- Goods need to be returned in the same condition as sold and with the original receipt.
- IMPORTANT: we cannot accept any return of opened or used items – this especially applies to fragrance purchases.
- Once we receive your returned package, we will exchange your product for one of the same or greater value.
- Please note we do not refund delivery charges on returned items purchased via our online store.
- All sales are final – please choose carefully.
