POSTAGE & HANDLING
- For item value over $100 – shipping is complimentary
- Item value under $100 – $15.00 shipping fee
- Items on SALE DO NOT qualify for free shipping
- Sample only orders – $15 shipping fee
- Australia Post service – full tracking on all parcels
- It is imperative that you choose a delivery address that is secure as Peony cannot be held responsible for lost or incorrectly addressed parcels
- Perfume can ONLY travel by Road due to it being deemed a dangerous/flammable product – so please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery
METHODS OF PAYMENT
- PAYPAL – verified accounts ONLY – no guest checkouts – you are covered by Paypal buyer protection and the most secure method of payment. Paypal Account Holder must match the details of the order.
- AFTERPAY – Shop now, enjoy now. Pay later. 4 simple automated payments. Available online and in store (some exclusions apply) Afterpay have raised their limit to $2000.
- BANK TRANSFER – into our Bank Account – banking details are provided with your confirmed order. Goods are held for 2 days – if payment is not received your order will be cancelled. Sale items must be paid for immediately – we cannot hold stock.
- CREDIT CARD only payments are NO LONGER accepted, due to the increased incidence of attempted online fraud.
PROCESSING YOUR DELIVERY
- Once we have processed your order you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
- SHIPPING TUESDAY TO FRIDAY
- We take pride in packing our deliveries to you in recyclable, compostable or biodegradable materials where possible.
GIFT EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY
- Peony is happy to exchange goods for a credit note up to 14 days after purchase ONLY.
- Gifts purchased for Christmas – as the store closes for most of January – gifts are able to be returned for exchange up until mid February – gifts must be returned unopened and in their original gift wrapping, including the Peony bag. Please ensure that the goods have been stored in a cool/dry place. Your original receipt must be presented with the goods.
- Goods need to be returned in the same condition as sold and with the original receipt.
- IMPORTANT: we cannot accept any return of opened or used items – this especially applies to fragrance purchases.
- Once we receive your returned package, we will exchange your product for one of the same or greater value.
- Please note we do not refund delivery charges on returned items purchased via our online store.
- All sales are final – please choose carefully.
- If a Sale item is included in your shopping cart, only the full priced items qualify for FREE shipping.
