RETURNS POLICY
- If the goods purchased are faulty* or damaged in transit please advise within 7 days of the delivery date of your order (reply to your order email) *’faulty’ being a manufacturing defect and not damaged by misuse
- In the event you have received a faulty item we are pleased to offer the following –
Refund –You can choose a refund for the faulty product.
Exchange/Replacement –
We can exchange the faulty product for a replacement of the same item, subject to availability - Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not accept return or exchange of goods that are part of our CLEARANCE
- Peony does not offer refunds for CHANGE OF MIND purchases.
- Please follow any product instructions carefully, as we cannot replace items damaged by misuse.
SALE ITEMS
- All sales are final – NO RETURNS – NO REFUNDS – NO EXCHANGES – please choose carefully.
SHIPPING RETURNS
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
- Once we receive your returned package, we will exchange your purchase for one of the same or greater value.
- Please reuse the shipping box, packing materials and shipping satchel to return your goods securely.
- If you wish to return product purchased online or in store via mail, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. We recommend you purchase postage insurance for high value items.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- A credit note will be raised for the value of your returned goods less the value of re postage of $15
- We do not refund delivery charges on returned items purchased via our online store.
GIFT EXCHANGE
- Bonus Offers and gifts: Unless otherwise stated, bonus offers and samples are limited to one per customer and available while stocks last. If the purchased item is returned, the bonus/sample/gift must also be returned. All offers are subject to stock availability. Offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
- Gifts purchased for Christmas – as the store closes for most of January – gifts are able to be returned for exchange up until 14th February
- Gifts must be returned unopened and in their original gift wrapping, including the Peony bag.
- Please ensure that the goods have been stored in a cool/dry place.
- Your gift receipt must be presented with the goods.
