Rare oils are sourced for the men’s and women’s perfumes and these are blended with specially selected botanical extracts including orchid oil, water lily, green ginger and sea fennel to create the bath and body collection. To ensure the quality and supply of oils, Linda sources and visits growers worldwide, from Madagascar to Morocco, not only seeing the plantations but knowing the grower, the pickers and intimate details of the climate and environment.
This commitment to sourcing exclusive and rare materials for each product being passionately created by Linda, with the collaboration of celebrated perfumeur Geza Schön is then bottled and packaged by hand in her London Atelier.
“In creating Ormonde Jayne, my goal was to combine elements which I consider define true elegance: The quality of English craftsmanship, the art of French perfumery and the sensuality and natural harmony of the Orient. My aim is to be at the cutting edge of creativity, defying convention in the world of scent” – Linda Pilkington
