  • ALL PARCELS will require a signature on delivery (except for Parcel Lockers)
  • There is NO EXPRESS service available for perfumery products as PERFUME CAN ONLY travel by Road/Rail due to it being deemed a dangerous/flammable product by Australia Post

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details you will be required to pay for re postage of $15
  • To ensure you receive your orders in time for the Christmas giving season please place your orders as soon as possible
  • Last orders for Interstate and Country Victoria Deliveries will be Thursday 14th December
  • Last orders for perfume deliveries to WA will be Tuesday 12th December (we will post after this date but there are no guarantees that you will receive your parcels in time for Christmas)
  • Last Postal orders for Melbourne Metro will be Monday 18th December
  • We make great efforts to use sustainable, biodegradable or composable packaging to send your purchases. 
  • All our packaging can be reused or repurposed
  • Whilst this adds significant cost to our business to make this choice we do so in consideration of the environment and eliminating single use plastic packaging

  • Once we have processed your order you will receive an email from us with tracking information via Australia Post
  • It is strongly recommended to have an Australia Post account where your parcel tracking can be kept in one place
  • Collection of orders are from our store in Hawthorn
  • Please WAIT until you receive a completed order email from us before coming into the store
  • A copy of your order and photo id are required for collection
  • Peony cannot be held responsible for any delays with Australia Post.
  • Once goods have been dispatched all sales are final.
  • Please contact us via the ‘Message Us’ form below if you believe your parcel to be lost and we will do everything possible to assist.
  • Australia Post does not guarantee the delivery times for your parcel and will vary depending on your destination.
  • WA customers are particularly affected by the restrictions of sending PERFUME – there is no express service available and your parcel will travel by Rail/Road – so you will need to allow up to 2 weeks+ for delivery
  • All sales are final – please choose carefully.
