  • There is NO EXPRESS service available for perfumery products as PERFUME CAN ONLY travel by Road/Rail due to it being deemed a dangerous/flammable product by Australia Post

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details you will be required to pay for re postage of $15
  • PAYPAL – VERIFIED ACCOUNTS ONLY – no guest checkouts – you are covered by Paypal buyer protection and the most secure method of payment. Paypal Account Holder must match the details of the order.
  • PAYPAL PAY LATER – Pay in 4 is a buy now, pay later offer that lets you split qualifying purchases of $30 to $1,500 into 4 interest-free payments.

  • It is strongly recommended to have an Australia Post account where your parcel tracking can be kept in one place
  • We make great efforts to use sustainable, biodegradable or composable packaging to send your purchases. 
  • All our packaging can be reused or repurposed
  • Whilst this adds significant cost to our business to make this choice we do so in consideration of the environment and eliminating single use plastic packaging
  • Collection of orders are from our store in Hawthorn
  • Please WAIT until you receive a completed order email from us before coming into the store

  • Australia Post does not guarantee the delivery times for your parcel and will vary depending on your destination.
  • WA customers are particularly affected by the restrictions of sending PERFUME – there is no express service available and your parcel will travel by Rail/Road – so you will need to allow up to 2 weeks+ for delivery
  • Gift wrapping is not offered for online purchases. This is an in store service only
