ALL PARCELS will require a signature on delivery (except for Parcel Lockers)
There is NO EXPRESS service available for perfumery products as PERFUME CAN ONLY travel by Road/Rail due to it being deemed a dangerous/flammable product by Australia Post

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Once you complete the checkout process your order is final – we do not accept cancellations for change of mind.
You may change your order for a product of one of the same or greater value prior to shipping only

LOSS/DELAYS WITH AUSTRALIA POST

Peony cannot be held responsible for any delays with Australia Post.
Once goods have been dispatched all sales are final.
Please contact us via the ‘Message Us’ form below if you believe your parcel to be lost and we will do everything possible to assist.
Australia Post does not guarantee the delivery times for your parcel and will vary depending on your destination.
WA customers are particularly affected by the restrictions of sending PERFUME – there is no express service available and your parcel will travel by Rail/Road – so you will need to allow up to 7 days+ for delivery

GIFT WRAPPING

Gift wrapping is not offered for online purchases. This is an in store service only
